Bridge On-Site Service is designed to give volume-user clients a closer fit of account management, combined with enhanced service delivery. Labour will be recruited, vetted and inducted specifically for your requirements, and Bridge will assist in the management of personnel once they have been placed with you. Bridge will appoint a fully trained On-Site Account Manager to deliver the service backed up by the Account Director.
The Account manager will be proactive in delivering continuous improvement and reducing the administrative burden on client employees dealing with agency labour.
